Terms of Service
These are the authoritative terms for the AI Ad Engine service from Huddle Duck Ltd (Company No. 11837993, 22 Ventnor Road, Solihull B92 9BU).
We plan, build, launch and manage your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across all your locations for one monthly fee, covering all four engines and including SuperPulse local awareness.
£1,300 + VAT / month, taken monthly in advance. Month to month, renewing on each payment, no minimum tie-in beyond the month paid for. You can cancel any time.
Ad spend is separate and paid by the client directly to Meta, around £10 a day per location as a guide. It never passes through Huddle Duck.
Meta account setup or troubleshooting, brand-new content production, and work outside advertising are not included and are agreed separately before any work starts.
If a month's payment does not clear, the service ends, with no notice period or cancellation fee. Either side may end immediately on a serious breach.
You keep all rights to your content and brand. Nothing here transfers ownership to us. Governed by the law of England and Wales.
An active Instagram account, a funded Meta ad account, and payment in place.
